Jiu Jik (issue 966) reports that the TOEIC® test successfully helps Hong Kong and Macao residents compete in the global economy.
Smart Education has been appointed by Educational Testing Service (ETS) as the official representative of TOEIC® tests in Hong Kong and Macao since last year. In the second half of 2011, Smart Education endeavored to promote the TOEIC® tests, aimed at expanding TOEIC’s coverage in Hong Kong and Macao.
