Smart Education was honoured to be invited to the 2026 TOEIC Global EPN Meeting, hosted by ETS from March 9–11 in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The event brought together TOEIC representatives from more than 150 countries and regions worldwide, united under the theme “Accelerating Growth, Expanding Impact.”

El Salvador, Hong Kong and Macao, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Mongolia, Philippines, Singapore, South Asia and Middle East, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam
During the meeting, Mr. Kevin Chan, President of Smart Education, shared the success stories of TOEIC implementation in Hong Kong and Macao, as well as several benchmarking and government‑endorsed initiatives that link English proficiency to employability in the hospitality and tourism industries.

He also introduced two government‑supported TOEIC testing schemes in Macao that provide free or subsidized tests for students, creating new opportunities for learners and professionals to enhance their English skills and career readiness.
Similar initiatives are being expanded in Hong Kong, where many secondary and vocational schools now adopt TOEIC scores for university preparation, career benchmarking, and employability enhancement.
As the official representative of ETS TOEIC and TOEFL in Hong Kong and Macao, Smart Education continues to lead programs that connect academic achievement with global English standards.
