This twenty-year milestone: the seeds of excellence well sown.
The 20th Daily Readers “Read Out Loud” Final Competition 2026, organized by KEA Learning International Ltd., was successfully held at the Chiang Chen Studio Theatre, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University on April 25, 2026.
Marking its 20th Anniversary, this year’s competition represents an educational milestone. Over the past two decades, “Read Out Loud” has grown into one of the most influential platforms in Hong Kong and Macau for fostering students’ English learning, articulation skills, and confidence through the art of reading aloud.

Two Decades of Passion for Language and the Power of Voice
Since its inception, the “Read Out Loud” competition has embodied the spirit of “Express through voice, and enlighten through reading.”
Students from Hong Kong and Macau once again demonstrated their outstanding language abilities, performing with fluency, rhythm, and emotion on stage.
The performances this year were exceptionally strong, with each contestant exhibiting impressive command of pronunciation and interpretation. The judging panel selected the final champions from a highly competitive pool of talented participants, all under thunderous applause from the audience.
We sincerely thanks all schools, students, teachers, and parents who have supported the competition throughout the years. As we move forward, we remain committed to nurturing students’ imagination and expressive power through reading. We look ahead to another 20 years of using voice and expression to inspire and connect learners across Hong Kong and Macau.
