Smart Education Appointed as “Mainland Student Recruitment Partner” by VTC

Smart Education is honored to announce that we have been officially appointed by the Hong Kong Vocational Training Council (VTC) as a “Mainland Student Recruitment Partner.” As a key collaborator in promoting Mainland students to pursue studies in Hong Kong, we are committed to providing detailed information about VTC's programs, including Professional Diploma Programs, Higher Diploma Programs, and Bachelor's Degree Programs, while assisting students in successfully completing their application process.

Vocational Professionals Admission Scheme (VPAS)

VTC has launched an innovative initiative – the Vocational Professionals Admission Scheme (VPAS) – which provides Mainland students with more opportunities to study and develop in Hong Kong. Under VPAS, Mainland students who successfully complete VTC's full-time, two-year Higher Diploma programs can apply for a one-year VPAS visa after graduation, allowing them to stay in Hong Kong and seek work in industries related to their field of study. Upon completing the relevant work requirements, students may even become eligible to apply for permanent residency in Hong Kong.

• Career-Oriented Programs: Covering 27 specializations across five major industries, these programs combine theory and practice, offering practical and internationally recognized academic qualifications.
• Post-Graduation Development: The VPAS scheme encourages students to remain in Hong Kong after graduation to engage in professional and technical work, contributing to Hong Kong’s economic transformation and technological advancement.
• Permanent Residency Opportunities: By completing their studies and related work, students can accumulate the required years of residency and ultimately apply for permanent residency in Hong Kong.
